Family Support Centers

Family Support Centers (FSCs) are warm, inviting, and informal spaces that provide WV communities with services and support for families. Family Support Centers are open to members of any family that includes children younger than 18, as well as expecting families. FSCs are intended to uplift families, not only in times of need, but as a part of everyday life. Services offered at these locations can include: parent education classes, child development activities, parent-to-parent support groups, after school and academic enrichment, General Education Development (GED) and literacy instruction, health information, and referrals to external support programs, activities, and services in the community. Services at FSC locations are tailored to meet the specific needs of the community. Please find the center located in your county and contact them for information about their programs!
