Shannon is a lifelong resident of Mingo County, West Virginia, devoted wife, and proud mother of two. With deep roots in the coalfield communities she calls home, she brings years of hands-on community outreach, nonprofit involvement, and small-business leadership to her role at the Mingo County Family Support Center. Driven by a heart for service and a commitment to strengthening families, Shannon is passionate about meeting real needs with compassion, dignity, and integrity. She believes that when families are supported, communities grow stronger—and she is honored to serve the county that has shaped her life.

Dusty provides direct support and service coordination to families, working closely with community partners and the court system to help families access needed resources. She focuses on strength-based, family-driven support by meeting with families, developing individualized family plans, assisting with referrals, and promoting life skills, stability, and family engagement. With a genuine heart for the community and a deep passion for seeing families thrive, Dusty is committed to walking alongside families in Mingo County and helping them build stronger, more stable futures.

Jequita is passionate about serving families, children, and communities throughout West Virginia. Guided by her faith, she believes God has blessed her in countless ways and is dedicated to sharing those blessings by making a positive impact in the lives of others. She finds purpose in strengthening communities through compassion, service, and meaningful connections. Outside of her work, Jequita enjoys exploring the beautiful hills of West Virginia and capturing the state’s natural beauty through photography, reflecting her deep appreciation for the place she proudly calls home.
