Shannon is a lifelong resident of Mingo County, West Virginia, devoted wife, and proud mother of two. With deep roots in the coalfield communities she calls home, she brings years of hands-on community outreach, nonprofit involvement, and small-business leadership to her role at the Mingo County Family Support Center. Driven by a heart for service and a commitment to strengthening families, Shannon is passionate about meeting real needs with compassion, dignity, and integrity. She believes that when families are supported, communities grow stronger—and she is honored to serve the county that has shaped her life.

Dusty provides direct support and service coordination to families, working closely with community partners and the court system to help families access needed resources. She focuses on strength-based, family-driven support by meeting with families, developing individualized family plans, assisting with referrals, and promoting life skills, stability, and family engagement. With a genuine heart for the community and a deep passion for seeing families thrive, Dusty is committed to walking alongside families in Mingo County and helping them build stronger, more stable futures.
